Our objective at Gaspar-Jones is to set aggressive, attainable goals. Each year, we determine goals to be reached in the next year; some may be two-year objectives. These goals will be met and exceeded. Each of us is accountable for making sure we reach our goals every quarter. When our agendas are set, everyone does their part to fulfill our agenda.
